I met her previously on another occasion, sat beside me but i have no idea who is she and why does she handed so many flowers and some media interviewed her. I don't have any idea that she is one of biggest moslem designer in Indonesia today, she is Norma Moi, 40.*

She had the most humble heart hugging one by one of the audince after her VVIP Trunk Show, inpired by Amelia Earhart (the firts woman aviator), at The New Asia Restaurant-Ritz-Carlton Mega Kuningan, May 23 2017.

The collection is all about dare, brave and bold woman with the touch of very bold color as black, Red, White, and even gold. This semi couture design could be the best choice to attend gala or special occasion at night. A Soiree with The New Asia and Norma Hauri was the name of the Trunk Show.

Overall, the collection brings woman empowermen spirit. Esp for women who love brave and string collection to accompany their day and night special ocassion. I love the way Norma puts the message trough her creation and i'm totally into this kind of semi couture design. Loose and polite for moslem women, as they wish.

Wednesday, May 18 2017 could be the remarkable day for BYS Cosmetics Australia that opened their very first flagship store in Indonesia. Which is BYS itself stands for Be Your Self #beyourself.

Cruelty Free Makeup

Cheerful, easy to apply, playful and cruelty free makeup will be well welcomed in Indonesia. As the growth of Beauty Junkie that have concerned on Eco-Beauty as well.

I am very lucky to have a chance to see the opening ceremony of BYS at Plaza Senayan. The invitation was sent by Cleo Magazine Indonesia and being there makes me feel so happy because i finally found a one more cruelty free makeup entering Indonesia's market.

Phillips Kwok got a Makeup Demo with BYS products, spraying the primer spray.

Since being playful is their most concern, the market that they have been targeted was young girl and young lady. The price range itself is start from 90.000 IDR up to 300.000 IDR (more or less). And they have a lot of easy to use makeup like a neon eyeshadow for example. Here i swatched them above my skin.

5 Palette Eye Shadow Neon - Limited Edition

When i swatched on my hand, the pigmentation was satisfiying enough, but when we apply above our eyes we still need an eyeshadow base to enhance the neon color. But with affordable price i guess it worth to buy and started to play with neon eyes.

Powder Contour Palette

If we are a big fans of contouring, they have two kind of contouring palette the cream one and the powdery one. And i took a picture of the powder one. Because i prefer powder contouring palette than the creamy one. Why? I dunno i just love to apply the powder contour than the creamy one. For me it's much easier and take less time. Which is so good for us who loves an easy makeup.

Well, my firts impression of BYS Cosmetics was really good cause they are cruelty free makeup with a price which is make sense, i mean not too expensive for teenage, young girl or young lady. One product that impressed me a lot is their Velvet Lipstick/Lipcream because it's so affordable with no transfer formula which is soooo awesome! Worth to try!

Mineral Perfection Metal Cushion - My Visit to VOV Studio Makeup

Hello Beautiful People!

How was your weekend?

Today, Sunday, May 14 2017 i got an invitation to joining a Makeup Class about how to create a K-Makeup from a beauty and makeup brand from Korea, VOV!!

I went to Studio VOV at Emporium Mall Pluit with a big excitement about learning a new trend in K-Makeup. Even if i'm merely interested in Western Makeup, but i am a person that love to learn a new things. So if i met a client whose K-makeup junkie, i will be able to fulfill what they want to look like. 🖤

First Of all what i learn about K-Makeup are, the key of getting their look is simplicity, glowing , and light look. Oh how i love it, it means we don't even need a falsies to make a dramatic lashes. Yet, just put your lashes curler and mascara, thats's all!

Cushion? What's that?

Well, this question was went around my mind before i went to this event. Okay and i asked the beauty guru about that. So Cushion is a new technology, which is founded to answer the needed of a light and not ticky foundation. So between the sponge (special sponge for cushion) and the foundation itself, there is a layer of sponge whichs is full of pores. So if we take the foundation with our application sponge, the pores will filters it. So it's so light and not too much.

And i started to try them on, it feels so light. Really light like i almost forget that i've applied them on my skin. And guess what! My skin looks smoother. Omg!

Mineral Cushion? Wow, what is that?

Actually if a makeup product named mineral, it is good for you who have more sensitive skin, or if you are in a skin care period especially with a aestethic doctor. So, mineral cushion is a typically cushion that contained minerals.

The Package

So, when we have to apply this Mineral Cushion Foundation? The answer is right after makeup primer or makeup starter. Why? Okay, to get a complete K-makeup look which is glowing and healthy looks we need to make a perfect complexion above our skin. The makeup primer is a bridge between our skin and the cushion. Therefore it will be look more complex and smooth, without any cakey accident. Just like we wish, looks healthy and glowing.

Suncut (spf 50+) - Kose Cosmeport Review

Hello beautiful people!

I'm so glad to get you know about a product that help us a lot especially in our country, Indonesia, which is tropical country.

But at first let us jump to the preface.

I guess, being burned by sun is everyone's problem. Wait, being burned doesn't only mean your skin is on fire lol. I will tell you one thing, that sun's ray content many dangerous thing such as UVA and UVB which is not good to face it on a long time for our skin.

What is UVA and UVB?
The sunlight that reach us is contained of two harmful rays, UVA and UVB. Long wave ultraviolet A (UVA) and short wave ultraviolet B (UVB) penetrate into the thickest layer of our skin, dermis. Unprotected skin could be affected and cause a photoaging or premature skin aging. Can you imagine that we could look older just because these UVs ? Yup, it could be. It also plays a great role of developing cancer cell. Plus hyperpigmentation can caused by an extreme sunlight we face everyday.

So what should we do?

Okay, do you ever heard about SPF, A.k.a Sun Protection Factor?

If we wear SPF it means we can face sun rays many times than we face them barely, without any protector. For example, if we wear SPF 15 it means we can resist the sunburn 15 times compared to if we don't wear any SPF. If we can resist sun rays for 15 minutes with our barely skin for example, with SPF 15 we can resist it for 225 minutes. With 90% of protection, note that there is no 100% of sunlight's protection. That is why we have to make sure the we are not explodedly face the direct sun rays.

Then it means that higher SPF is better?
Yup indeed, SPF 30 is better than 15, and SPF 50 is better than SPF 30 for real.

Thenn...

I found a new beauty product that will help us protect our skin by just spraying them all over our body, e.g: back, hair, above makeup, legs, hands, arms etc.. Wherever you want.
